FIRST EDITION, in two parts,1689. 8vo, approximately 180 x 115 mm, 7 x 4½ inches, engraved frontispiece and 5 engraved plates, 1 plate in the first part and 4 plates in the Cider part, The second part of Vinetum Britannicum; or, A treatise of cider" has separate dated title page; pagination and register are continuous, this is the variant edition with Errata on verso last leaf, pages: [2], i-xlix, [3], 1-191, License leaf present but pasted to first pastedown, bound in modern full brown crushed morocco, gilt title, author and date on spine, new cream endpapers. Engraved frontispiece slightly trimmed not affecting image and outer edge strenghened with thin strip of old paper and tipped onto the first free endpaper at inner edge, first title page laid down with a repair to lower corner with 1 word and date inked in, small worm hole to outer margins of most pages in first part, not affecting text, some pale browning to edges of pages, slightly darker to the first few pages, last page in the cider part has outer margin trimmed and small hole to bottom of margin,1 lower corner repaired, nothing affecting text, a few tips of corners missing nowhere near text, occasional spot or small stain, a good copy only.
