This American pop singer sold more than 100 million records and was the top female singer of the 1950s, remembered for such hits as "Tennessee Waltz" and "How Much Is That Doggie n the Window." Bold signature in blue ballpoint, heavy stock 5" X 3" card, n.p., 1969 November 13. Near fine. With original envelope with partial return address in her hand. Accompanied by a superb 9" X 7" black and white glossy photograph, a 1977 ABC-issued portrait of her and Pat Boone. Original printed caption still attached to verso notes "Patti Page (left) and Pat Boone are co-hosts for the 12th annual 'Academy of Country Music Awards'...." Fine.
