Original end papers are missing. National Library Bindery repair slip inserted between pages ii and iii. Title page repaired/rebacked with paper. Page 546 of section 2 repaired in the same manner. A large folding "Details of House Drainage Sewers Constructed Between 1899 and 1900" also repaired. Interior text and photographs are in very good condition. Previous owner's bookplate on the front paste down. The Mayor's report is scarce with 7 copies located in OCLC under two records. The OCLC record for 6 copies records the number of pages as 546 but this is an error.
