Charts, line renderings and photographs throughout text. Some scuffing and light soiling to boards, along with small sticker on front. Modest fraying to head of spine. Previous owner's stamp on front pastedown. Some discoloration to endpapers. Pages otherwise clean. Front hinge starting, but holding. Small tear to foldout map along crease. Overall, a Very Good. copy. (Subject: Architecture & Urban Design.)

Crisp and VG+ to Near Fine in its brown stapled wrappers. Quarto, 18 pgs. plus "Subject Index to Outlying Thoroughfare Improvements", "Number Index to Outlying Thoroughfare Improvements" AND the large fold-out "Location Map for 80 Improvements in the Outlying Thoroughfares" (in color). Also includes a laid-in single sheets, a 1911 example (in beautiful condition) of "Newspaper Comments on Mr. Olmsted's Report to the Pittsburgh Civic Commission". This truncated prospectus represents a scarce city planning item -- and a scarce Frederick Law Olmsted piece.
