White, glossy covers have staining, corner curling corners, and a one-centimetre tear on lower right edge of cover. Internals are clean and tight. A visual presentation, with some text, describing plans for a Harbour City -- a residential and commercial area of islands, waterways and canals -- in Toronto's inner harbour. It would occupy newly created landfill islands, the area now occupied by the "flying field," and a portion of the existing mainland waterfront. Planning conceived and developed by Craig, Zeidler & Strong, Architects, in consultation with Jane Jacobs, Hans Blumenfeld and others. Not dated, but prepared for Stanley J. Randall, Minister of Trade and Development from 1968-1971. 56 pages. UNCOMMON

Published to coincide with the centenary of Le Corbusier's birth in 1887and an exhibition of his work at the Hayward Gallery, London.136 pages, extensively illustrated. Black hardcover is clean, square & tight but has a black 2-inch marker line on upper pages edge. The white DJ is quite clean & free of tears but has some wear & curling at upper edge & spine.
