143 pages of songs. No hip-hop. Cover has many folds, creases, stains, tears, and the owner's name, many times. Owner's name also inside front cover and on many pages within. Otherwise, no marks, just a lot of signature practice. Want to sing like they did in the depression? This book has it. A very rare book.

Paperback collection of college sngs from the 1920s and before. Owner's name on the front cover and some notes on the rear. No other marks that I can find. Stapled binding. A bit of dampstain along the edges of the lower right corner, fading away by about page 50. At no point does the stain reach the text. Pages are tight and uncreased. A rather rare book.

Literally held together by tape, and that tape is not doing a good job of it. It appears to be whole, but needs very tender handling or everything will fall out. a collection of over 200 songs from the genres of patriotic, love, home, sacred, operatic, national and college music. In the front of the book are a collection of photographs picturing some of the popular artists of the early 20th century (see examples in photos # 2 and 3). The music is still clean and easily read, if hard to hold.

A collection of 55 Texas Shout columns written by Tex Wyndham for the American Rag magazine between 1989 and 1996. Other than a couple of tiny little corner bends, the book is immaculate. Owner's name inside front cover.

If you are looking for music played at the turn of the 20th century, this is one reference. Just handle with care. A very rare book.
