Jones is best remembered for his work for Warner Brothers, co-creating characters for the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies shorts (including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Wile E. Coyote and the Road Runner, Pepé Le Pew, and Porky Pig). Jones won an Academy Award for his 1965 short film "The Dot and the Line," and was presented with an Honorary Academy Award in 1996. 10 x 8 inches. Near Fine.

The building housed the studio's artists and animators, and was located on the large Burbank lot purchased by Disney in 1937, following the success of "Snow White" the same year. 8 x 10 inches. The 14th animated feature film by Walt Disney, who first purchased the play rights in 1938. The project was postponed after the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941, however, when Disney was contracted to produce training and war propaganda films by the US government. 40 x 30 inches, folded. Culver City, CA: Columbia Pictures, 1945. Collection of five vintage reference photographs from the 1945 animated short film. A fox and a crow each scheme to capture the other in order to claim a $5000 reward for a wanted animal, which is instead intended for the capture of a notorious wolf. 10 x 8 inches overall, with wide margins, images measuring 4.5 x 3.5 inches. Very Good plus.

A short film following the misadventures of the eponymous main characters, a group of river workers, including two animated characters in blackface. The group is given control of a Mississippi steamboat (called "The Spook"), but must contend with a wily ghost onboard. Sequel to the 1943 short film "Professor Small and Mr. Tall." 10 x 8 inches overall, with wide margins, images measuring 4.5 x 3.5 inches. Generally Near Fine.

N.p.: N.p., 1967. Three vintage large format negatives, showing Walt Disney, a cel from "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" (1937), and a cel from "The Jungle Book" (1967) respectively. "The Jungle Book" was the final animated feature to be produced by Walt Disney, who died in December, 1966 after a brief battle with lung cancer. 4 x 5 inches. Near Fine.

Burbank, CA: Walt Disney Pictures, 1977. Black-and-white still photograph from an early episode of "Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color" (1954-1992), struck from a new negative in 1977 per the reference number on the negative, which reads "television-SPEC.77 / 1054-8006." The original series premiered in 1954 on the American Broadcasting Company (ABC) as "Disneyland," aired in black-and-white, and became "Walt Disney Presents" (1958). Re-titled "Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color" (1961) and later "The Wonderful World of Disney" (1972-1979, 1986-1987, 1994-2009), each show was hosted by Disney himself, and featured animated shorts, original Disney feature one-hour edits, and documentary information about Disneyland. In the mid 1970s, Walt Disney Productions was facing a decline in revenue (at this time the show moved from ABC to NBC), and the National Broadcasting Company was losing audiences overall, so the show would rerun older episodes and cartoon compilations.
