His later novels are often re-worked versions of earlier stories. "Beyond The Stars" was originally published in serialized form in Argosy All Story Magazine in February, 1928. It is the story of a scientist's attempt to find and explore alternate universes. This copy is the Ace Books first edition, first printing.
