Rubbing and bumping on spine and back cover has a small scratch. Previous owner's name written in pencil on first free end paper along with a price. Page 15 has been folded in the corner.

There are stains on the bottoms of pages 100-105. Top of text block is red.

Dust jacket has signs of wear, small tears along edges, partial sticker residue on back. Deep wine colored original publisher's cloth with title in silver on spine. Binding is tight. No marks on pages. 'A-73-PH' written in pencil of front free end paper.

This book has very minimal wear to cover with a couple of tears. A book highlighting some of North Carolina's literary heritage. In very good condition and signed by Georgann Eubanks.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Original green publisher's cloth with gold stamped lettering. Mild rubbing to front cover corners, otherwise in near fine condition.Tables of rates throughout on recto. Photographs of pieces of mail to illustrate the postage on verso.

Fully intact copy. Slight foxing on edges and on some pages. No marks, in very good condition.

1976 First edition. Illustrated original publisher's cloth. Front panel of dust jacket has small tears at top, foxing, and slight soiling. Book in very good condition with tight binding. A lovely cloth bound book with six tables, six illustrations, and eight maps. One of the tables lists slaveholders in Clay County in 1860. The illustrations include tools used to build cabins, how-to diagrams of building cabins, axes, turning logs into beams and rafts. There are also eight maps in the text.Found in the front of the book is a small notecard, typed inscription inside reads 'Dr. Douglas McKee'.

Missing Dust Jacket. Binding is tight. Pages clean and intact. No writing, no highlighting.

Limited edition printing of 550 books. Sticky residue and minimal tearing on cover from what I imagine was a pricing sticker being removed. Page across from photo of RuPaul labeled 'Atlanta' slightly creased.

Reproduction of original book published in 1931. This used book is in good condition. There is a slight lean to the cover and some rubbing on the cover corners, otherwise it looks practically new. The accompanying insert is a synopsis of Gladys Osborne Leonard's life as a medium (see in photos).
Hardcover, silver gilded edges, purple marker ribbon, forward by Sir Oliver Lodge.

Cook book from Meyer's Department Store in Greensboro, NC by Grace Denison, 1932. A rare cook book. The cover is chipped, the spine ripped, but the binding is good.
It has a slight musty smell. Handwritten recipes throughout. A lovely book with history.
