The book is in excellent condition. The jacket shows slight wear. The edge of some of the pages shows some markings.

Vol. I: The pages of the book are in excellent condition. The jacket shows slight wear. Even though I rarely used the book, the binding is showing wear. It however has not impacted any of the pages in the book. Only when you open the book do you notice the wear in the binding both at the front and back of the book. The edges of the book pages show slight discoloration.
