This book is the product of 4 years study into the history and techniques of Indigo Blues.251 pages of highly informative text accompanied by 106 photographs 8 colour plates, 44 woodcuts, engravings and drawings a very comprehensive book. Book has the lightest of foxing on half title page and last blank page also few light spots on outer edges of pages. Neat former owner's name on front endpaper, wrapper little rubbed on edges and few small tears, price clipped. Overall a nice copy of an interesting book SEE IMAGE. Very informative book on all aspects of pottery for students and teachers, Ex lib from Teddington Art School with some neat stamps in unobtrusive places. 100 pages plus 12 pages of adverts at rear, all in bright clean condition just some browning to endpapers and small foxing spots to first and last couple of pages.Many B/w photographs and illustrations, all present as called for plus very informative text, NO dustwrapper, outer boards are a little browned to spine and edges,library stamp to front and library number to spine, some wear to corners.
