Acerca del autor

Vancouver-based author, freelance writer, and professional speaker, Julie H. Ferguson, has been studying and writing about the Canadian Submarine Service since she visited HMCS Okanagan in 1979. Her first book, Through a Canadian Periscope: The Story of the Canadian Submarine Service (Dundurn 1995) was acclaimed as a "major contribution to our naval history" and was selected for Books for Everyone at Christmas 1995. Julie is also an accomplished trainer, leading workshops at writer's conferences and a community college that provide aspiring authors with the insider knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to approach publishers with their work.
