Norway 1994. The 150-year history of a single public building in Oslo, The Lodge, which has served since 1814 as an assembly room, concert hall, political meeting place, royal ballroom and artists carneval grounds. It was used as a Masonic lodge, and from 1900 until the German occupation it was Oslos city hall.
