Rowling (author of the Chamber of Secrets, Prisoner of Azkaban, etc.) Hardcover First Illustrated Edition - First Printing Bloomsbury UK 2015. Illustrated by Jim Kay in full colour with both full-page and in-text illustrations. Printed in two collumns, also there are splotches, stains, and dust illustrated on the pages, which appears to be a recurring theme of the book, making the book seem like it was one of Harry's actual books during his studies. Included are a sampling of the illustrations. Scroll down to see them. Most likely will already be going into subsequent printings. This copy is a TRUE first printing of this edition.

NOTE: The original UK/British English text of the Harry Potter books is far superior than the "Americanized" text of the US editions published by Scholastic. If you've never read the original British version of any of the Harry Potter books , I highly recommend them. They read lighter and wittier than their American siblings. This edition contains the original UK/British English text as written by J.K. Rowling.
