Knaresborough, Yorkshire: Printed by Willaim Parr, 1844. Soft cover. Very Good. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. 16pp booklet in printed card covers, stitched. Card covers a little faded and soiled, slightly rubbed along spine. Internally a few signs of fingering and the last page has a small chip on lower corner, but basically clean and tidy. Firmly bound. An account of the customs - fishing, fowling, markets, courts etc - and their origins of Knaresborough and Scriven and surrounding towns and villages.
