Sobre este artículo

Uncommon complete facsimile of this most influential journal of Bulgarian and international modernist and avantgarde art and literature, comprising the ten issues of vol. 1 (1924). The content of the first issue for vol. 2 (1925), which remained unpublished, as well as of the special issue commemorating May 1, 1925 is reproduced within the accompanying book. 'Plamak' was founded and edited by Geo Milev in conjunction with the poets Lamar and Khristo Yasenov. Milev had previously edited the Bulgarian modernist journal "Vezni" (1919-1922) after returning from Berlin, where he convalesced after WWI and came into contact with contemporary art movements such as Franz Pfemfert's "Aktion" and Herwarth Walden's "Sturm". One of 1617 copies published. Jacono 17.
