Not Stated, No date. Edition Unstated. Hardcover. Poor Condition/No Dust Jacket. Illustrator: Illustrated. There are 24 individual design sheets, numbered, on how to build pieces of furniture. The design sheets have their own tan coloured cloth covered folder. Gilt coloured titles to the backstrip. 24 design sheets, probably from the late 50s and early 1960s, on how to build your own furniture from a sideboard to the garden shed. The folder the design sheets has come in is in execrable condition – please see photographs. Softening and rubbing to the backstrip edges with fraying to the book corners – underlying board visible heavy rubbing and fading to the board's and the titles on the backstrip is almost illegible. At some stage the folder has come in contact with water, and the results can be seen along the front for edge of both the front and rear panels and certainly within the middle of the folder. The design sheets show ageing and browning. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Nought paginated.. Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting.
