Green cloth boards with tipi impressions on front cover. Gilt title stamping on spine. Rear corner mildly rubbed. Tiny label on front pastedown. From the private library of Larry Southwick, collector's marginalia pencilled near front hinge, otherwise clean and bright with no toning or markings. Binding is sturdy and square. Good+ dust jacket is sunned at spine, wrinkled on back cover, and shows two small closed tears and a chip. Illustrated with b/w plates, maps. xix, 329 pp. with index and series listing at back.
