Includes wines recommended by Hugh Johnson of the Wine & food Society, Unnumbered pages.. Book is plastic coil-bound. Spine ends show very slight wear. Slipcase (Hawthorn Books Inc.) has closed 1/4" tear at front fore-edge. Slipcase has light scuffing around its opening. Quite a scarce cookbook this side of the pond!
