Contains black and white photographic plates. Pages are mildly tanned with heavy foxing to endpapers. Mild cracking to gutters, however binding remains firm. Previous owner's inscription to front pastedown and endpaper. Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing. Mild tanning to board edges and spine, which has mild crushing to ends. Mild warping to boards.

GB: H F and G Witherby, 1952. Fairly clean tight text has been fitted with new endpapers and rebound in original blue cloth covers whch are a bit marked. Book is in good double plus condition with noticeable signs of wear and/or age. . 1st Edition. Hardback. G++/No DW.
