A Volume from the 'Seagull Library' Series, a 1956 reissue following first publication in 1953. 254pp. Blue cloth boards with silver motif and titles. Boards clean and bright, just gently rounded at corners. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight barring a little light tanning on endpapers. In its original pictorial dust jacket (rubbed at edges, with a couple of small chips, closed tear from upper leading corner with consequent creasing, complete and bright). Jacket fitted with archival-quality mylar wrapper to protect & prolong its life. It is not adhered to the book or to the jacket.

Neat nam e on front free endpaper. Otherwise perfectly clean endpapers. Wrapper has slight wear at top/tail of spine, and tiny chips at top/tail of return flaps at hinge.
