Hardcover, no dustjacket, this rather scarce publication is in great shape overall with a few minor signs of use to the cover only: the corners of the cloth are slightly turned, the spine-ends are a bit soft and a mild scuff-mark is present here and there, the binding is tight and clean, the gold titles remain bright and the contents are fine, includes a frontis of Lincoln "from a rare and little known portrait" and several other illustrations throughout; 682 pages .
