Descripción:
New York: Dell Publishing, 1965. [True Crime/Documentary] FIRST DELL PRINTING. Octavo (18 x 11cm), pp.159; [1], advertisements. Publisher's softcovers, all edges tinted green. Gentle reading crease to spine else a fine, fresh copy. An interesting edition; boldly advertised as the 'First Popular-Priced Edition', rather than the first paperback edition (which it wasn't!), and unashamedly mimicking the design of Signet's then-current James Bond paperbacks novels, this is the first of several printings from the Dell Publishing Company, whose rather cynical marketing proved successful. Gilbert A15b (4).
