About very good in the publisher's red cloth, soiled on the front board; else a clean, square copy. Dust jacket shows commensurate soiling (nothing atrocious) and a quarter-sized chip at the bottom right corner of the front panel; overall about very good. Spine darkened. Apart from noted flaws, a clean copy internally.

The dust jacket is tearing on the corners and worn on the edges, spine is darkened and tearing at the head/tail, top and bottom edges of front are worn. Red cloth boards with black Munro Leaf illustration are rubbed on the corners and bottom edge which is also sunned. Page 5 has an edge tear, pg 9 has a small dent, endpapers are drawn on by a child with some pressure, the pressure has gone through to page 41, the last page of text. These endpapers were actually thoughtfully provided for scrawling by the publisher. 18th printing All orders packed with care, independent bookseller since 2011

Condition: Very Good+/Near Fine clothbound hardcover with a tap to two tips, a touch of crimping to the spine ends, and a tiny closed tear/crease to first 4 leaves, otherwise, Fine, in a Very Good dust jacket with tiny chips to the extremities, a tear/crease to the back at the crown and another short one to the front, a short gouge, and light overall toning/soiling. A nice copy. All dust jackets are protected by a clear mylar cover. Ships the next business day, wrapped in padding, in a box.
