Both volumes have very good bright green cloth boards, red title fields to back strip with gilt titles. The covers are clean and bright. Volume One is a little loose from front hinge. The corners and spine ends of Volumes One and Two are a little bumped. The end papers are clean, except for slight foxing to rear end papers of Volume One. Red tinted cut edges; the fore and tail edges are unmarked. The text block of Volume Two is tightly bound, straight and clean. The block of Volume One is a little loose, with webbing visible from title page. Otherwise, this volume is very good with firm, clean pages. Neither volumes are annotated etc. Without jackets.
