Minimal foxing and tanning to endpapers and page edges. Mild wear to spine, board edges and corners, with scuffing, staining and marking to boards. Heavy sunning to spine.

Hardcover with dust jacket that still has the original price of $3.50 on the front flap. DJ shows scuffing and spotting with numerous chips and small tears present. The underside of the jacket was neatly reinforced with masking tape along the top edge. Over the decades the tape is become dry and brittle and is detaching. The glue from the tape is also darkened the exterior of the dust jacket over time. Cloth boards underneath show only minor handling wear and spotting. Internal binding is good, no hinge issues. No signatures or bookplates, no library markings, no remainder marks. The end pages and pastedowns all show toning and foxing, mainly from reacting with the dust jacket paper.
