Decker, in Soliday, informs us that Ryus was a mail driver, beginning 1861, covering a route from Ft. Larned, Kansas, to Ft. Lynn, Colorado. Plenty of information on interaction between whites and Native Americans, including Cheyenne. An especially bright, tight copy, with sharp corners and edges. Then nicest copy we've handled.
