There is moderate wear to the binding, which is bumped at the edges and beginning to fray. Covers are heavily rubbed. Outer edges of the text block are toned. Hinges are secure, although the title page is torn at the seem and loosely attached. The text is toned but clean and sound. Illustrated. No copyright date; appears to be early 20th century.
