Illustrated with many photographs, some in color and color and b/w graphics.  There are two maps on the inside covers the first is a color map of Florida with graphics showing transportation routes; the rear map is a street map for Miami. There is also a folded leaf opening to 23 inches. With b/w photos of hotels on one side and a color graphic poster-like scene in color on the other. No Flaws or Blemishes but minimal careful handling and expected even light age-toning of the pages. Previous owner's name is written on the top edge.. Uncommon with 4 of different publication dates and not the same secondary title: America's Playground Summer and Winter / Pryor's Famous Band - December to April. (26) pp., plus a quadruple-folding plate illustrating hotels and public parks. Illustrated from photographs and line drawings, some in color, color map of Florida, street plan of Miami and Miami Beach of final leaf. Elaborate promotional for the city covering all aspects of its life, with particular attention to architecture. OCLC locates single copies of several editions, 1917-1922; this 1924 edition is recorded only by a microform. Original color illustrated wrappers (rubbed), stapled. Very good.

Information on Miami and all it has to offer to include its wonderful weather, great transportation, steamship service, boating, golfing, concerts, shopping, unsurpassed roads, various hotel accommodations, etc. Inside front cover offers a color map of Florida with all good roads leading to Miami. Inside rear cover is a color street map of Miami. Numerous black and white photos showing individuals participating in various activities, various accommodations, buildings, etc. Rubbing to spine and with light wear to the extremities. Very good. A nicely produced item. Rare.

Full color stapled wraps; 8 by 9 inches; Produced to be folded and once was, now lays flat nicely. Carefully handled; The bindings are tight and square. Text clean, light even toning. Moderate shelf handling wear. First three pages have a partial lower corner fold.. A finely produced brochure to appeal both to the northern tourist and to entice new residents. Each page has a unique full color header with tinted photographs with detailed descriptive text. The endpages are maps. In the center there is a two-sided fold-out measuring 32 inches of Luxury Hotels and on the other side Luxury Homes.
