Slight cracking to gutters causing binding to be loose, however pages remain attached. Pages and illustrations have light tanning and foxing throughout. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Slight crushing to spine ends.

There is rubbing to the head of the spine but apart from a 5mm tear to the top of the dust wrapper, there are 24 very clear sketches in the book.A neat ink inscription to the front end paper. A well preserved copy.
