THis is the first edition, however, condition is decrepit. Hinges broken (text block appears to have been glued back in) Gift inscription dated 1891 on front endpaper. Spine is darkened and faded and frayed at top and bottom. Pages are slightly age-darkened but remain clean and unmarked. More photos available upon request..
