Covers heavily rubbed and spotted with large chip to spine foot, hinges internally cracked but secure, text block sound, pages clean with some age-toning to the title page, a few corner creases, map has a closed tear roughly along one fold line but complete and repairable with just a few tiny chips of paper loss. . Hard Cover. Fair. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
