Faber London, 1998 SIGNED on the title page, no dedication, no owner signature, just a signed by the author softback original. Text block paper is tanning, which is naughty of the publisher ; here is a great book, by a renowned writer, and Faber choose to print it on cheap pulp. Apart from this foolish decision this is a nicely designed production. The full colour cover is a French flap structure that has a beautiful monochrome photograph underneath it.
