But rather for the story taking up the whole of page 11, with two photographs: "C. I. A. Training Center Uncovered. This issue of one of the mainstays of the DC underground press during its Anti-War heyday is of particular interest for extensive coverage of the "White Panther Party" platform (4 pp. -- including the revised 10 points) . There is also "An Open Letter From John Sinclair: Political Prisoner" -- [p. 9; between composition and publication of this letter, John Sinclair, one of three co-founders of the White Panther Party, was moved from local prison to Marquette Maximum Security prison -- on marijuana charges].
