Includes numerous black and white illustrations An interesting copy as though it isn't signed it came from the estate/library of literary and cultural critic John Leonard who obviously engaged with the book as he creased numerous corners and made some marks in the margins. Otherwise a very good copy in a very good dust jacket with some chipping to the top of the spine and some other wear.
