Brown paper over boards in Very Good + condition with light foxing overall; pages are 'wavey' but no damp indications at all. Spine paper complete, but with a approx. 1" split of spine paper, perhaps cut?, at center - does not impact title. See photo. Interior has light plus scattered foxing, blank end-papers a tad more. No markings at all by previous owners. A TIGHT copy. Part of the Harper's Family Library series, being #XLVI. Appendix at rear plus several pages of publishers listings of their other titles. No engravings in Volume II. 319 pages. Protected in a mylar slip.
