Blue cloth with gilt to the spine and front board. 174pp. Inscribed to Harriet B. Jones from Carrie Chapman Catt (National American Woman Suffrage Association) on copyright page. Acceptable condition. Ex-library copy. Boards show a little fading at the spine tips and to the upper rear board with a white call to the lower spine. Library stamps to the upper and lower exterior edges, front endpage and and rear pastedown. Pocket to the rear board. Presentation bookplate from Grace Jones on behalf of Harriert B. Jones (West Virginia House of Delegates; accomplished in areas such as women's and temperance movements) to The Ruth Enlow Library of Garret County on front pastedown.
