Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Soft crushing to spine ends. Scuffing and light marking overall. Light sunning to spine and edges. Some minor white scuffed marks to boards. Book is slightly bowed and forward leaning.

Binding tight and appears little read, no annotations - brief Xmas gift inscription dated 1943 to ffep with bookplate; toning to page-ends, text and illustrations bright and clear throughout.
