A little rubbing it to the book corners. Black remainder mark to the lower text block edge, mark has impinged upon both endpapers. Illustrated dustwrapper, same illustration as for underlying board, with black titles to the front panel and back strip. Rubbing and creasing to the dustwrapper corners. Fading to the back strip and there is a small split to the top right-hand corner of the the back strip edge. There is a gilt sticker that has been placed across the back strip region stating " Dial Library Edition ".
