Very good, small ownership name printed top edge of the front cover, interior clean. Issued during the depts of the Great Depression, a promotional book touting summer cottages, camps, and lodges as sound investments that "..pay big dividends in happiness, rest, comfort and recreation..". Forty-seven designs are detailed.
