Folio sized stapled magazine binding. Unpaginated, about 40 pages. This volume is a combination of articles, black and white photographs and many advertisements. Selling space in this issue would have been a fundraiser for the group. A gaggle of Bubbe's would have been on the telephone calling the local businesses and selling the ads. The ads generally have a business name or a message from someone, i.e. "Compliments of Mr. and Mrs. David Moskow." There are also vintage product and company advertisements. A photo essay shows the building of the "Y" in 1949 and 1950, other photographs date back to 1906. The majority of candid photos are not captioned, most head shots are captioned, such as "Harry S. Morris Raphael Cohen (1880-1947) was an American lawyer, legal scholar and professor. He taught philosophy at the City College of New York for many years and the Cohen Library there is named for him. Cohen was the author of several volumes on law and philosophy. This autobiography was published posthumously. Mr. Cohen was the father of lawyer and legal scholar Felix Cohen.
