Gift inscription from 1892 is written on the front fly page and another small mark is on the back end page. Pages are gently yellowed with age. Good dust jacket with minimal shelf wear to edges and corners of covers and spine. Dust jacket is protected in mylar, which is glued to the inside of the covers. Ex-library copy with shelving stickers attached to the bottom of the dust jacket spine, "Discard" stamp on the front endpage, and due date pocket and slip is attached to the front endpage. A name is written on the front endpage in red marker. Black marker spots that have blacked out some notations are on the inside of the front cover, front endpage, two on the title page, and one on the top of the leaf ends. "361" sticker is attached to the top of the dust jacket's front cover on top of the mylar and one white square sticker is attached to the back cover on top of the mylar. Cloth of spine I smissing and the stitched binding is showing. Minor discoloration to the edges on the insides of covers.
