Also, becuse of the long time interval between the original publication and reprint, please do not use any of the addresses in the book." Still, a great gift copy of great historical interest, packed with detailed diagrams, the publisher seems to be the same for both the original printing (with an address in New York) and the reprint (with an address in California) but the only date present is 1944 ; 191 pages .
