In the 1890s through to about 1905, some of the pages at the rear [from page 92 onwards] have been used for an unrelated diary. The ink diary entries have used both the blank interleaved pages and also the margins of the printed index pages. Bound in modern full leather with new end papers. Spein lightly faded..

Some creasing and staining throughout, a well read book. Unusual in being the paperback edition - originally priced at sixpence..
