Green cloth, 78pp. This is the text of a lecture delivered at Harvard University in 1904. 400 copies have been printed on the hand presses of Maurice Taylor at the Seton Village Press. Case binding by Marceil Taylor, 1 Oct 1938. Scribner's published this text first in 1907.
