Pamphlet. 52p., alkaline coated paperstock throughout with numerous vignette engineering drawings and line-drawn specs, softbound in 7.5x5 inch stapled color wraps; cover has pulled away a little from text-block but still holding, initial and terminal leaves slightly foxed with a small light stain, sound and entirely clean within. Text in Spanish. Pumps, mostly electrical.

Washington DC: Government Printing Office, 1928. 31p., smallpoint type, 9.5x6 inch plain printed self-wraps. Paste-fastened, also has been punch-holed for a binder, slight edgewear and toning, a very good copy. Johnson directs his sarcasm at senator Smoot of Utah. 106477-4547.

Chernobyl, Ukraine: Chernobyl NPP, 2011. Pamphlet. 11.5x16.5 inches, single sheet of coated stock folded into 8-page brochure, color photos, remains of horizontal fold across vertical leafs, some edgewear, else good condition. Tourist brochure issued by the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant several years past the 1986 disaster, (it refers to the "former Soviet Union" and the disaster in the past tense). Includes glowing description of Slavutich, a town of 27,000, 50 kilometers east of Chernobyl NPP, well outside of the 30 km "zone of alienation" surrounding the disaster area, which goes unmentioned. Proudly notes that the plant is "an open site for the public" and that more than 3000 visitors annually visit the station and Slavutich.

Vancouver: the signatories, 1998. Pamphlet. 27p., softbound pamphlet in 8.5x5.5 inch stapled wraps decorated with a die-cut window over the union logo underneath. Above-average production qualities. Cover bears two or three small droplet stains, else clean, a sound very good copy.

Sticker on leaf preceding title page with a slightly different title statement: Twelve light and motion sculptures by Janz, Jennings, Leonelli, KcKinnon, in editions of nine commissioned by the London Arts Group June 24th to July 18th 1970. Catalog of a group exhibition featuring large electronic light installations. With artists' statements on the programming and design of the different electronic art works.

Scrubgrass Township, PA: Scrubgrass Power Project, 1992. Spiral_bound. Unpaginated, spiral-bound cookbook, 5.5x8.5 inches, plastic covers, front cover stained, else good condition. Contains recipes by employees interspersed with 16 B&W photos of workers during the construction process. Scrubgrass, then under construction, is a coal-burning power plant.

San Francisco: George Patterson, 1899. Ephemera. 1 sheet. 11 x 8.5 in. Edges chipped; tearing along folds. Good. Poster advertisement for a novelty act, the father and daughter Patterson duo's dazzling light show. Date of publication inferred from testimonials (the Pattersons performed in Chicago in 1899).

San Francisco: promotional office, 1940. Postcard. Very good exemplars enclosed in a small plastic presentation folder provided with twenty clear pockets of 6x4 inches, each to contain two back-to-back cards, of which three contain one card only and another none at all, the rest filled to capacity. There are 13 b&w cards, the rest (22) are in color or colorized. Good ones! especially the fancy color items. Spot-checking suggests that this was an active collection, not a group purchased en masse, as the terminal card is marked discreetly "$1.00" in pencil. Most unused, though a couple have greetings/portage/postmarks to verso.

[24]p., alkaline coated paperstock throughout with numerous vignette engineering drawings and line-drawn specs, softbound booklet in 6x3.2 inch stapled color wraps (back cover has a nice orange water-tower); bound with a single staple that is quite rusted with a touch of migration, otherwise clean and sound. Pumps, mostly electrical but also gasoline.

Mexico: Instituto Politecnico Nacional, 1993. xxi+423p., 8.25x10.75 inches, presentacion, indices, illustrated throughout with facsimiles, photos and figures, text in Spanish, very good first edition in orriginal pictorial wraps.
