The book itself is in fair condition, but the dust jacket is very worn along the spine, and has several tears along the top and bottom edge of the spine. It is, however, protected from any further damage by a clear plastic cover. The hardcover panels are faintly worn along the top and bottom edges, likely damage from being shelved. Very slight foxing along the edges of some of the pages, and some passages of text have been marked or underlined with pen or pencil.
