Includes tables showing amounts paid for laborers, timber, iron, steel, blacksmithing, etc. Second part titled "Report of the Engineer and Superintendent of the Road to Avoid the Inclined Planes on the Allegheny Portage Railroad. For the fiscal year ending November 30, 1855." This second part lists names of contractors and kind of work done along with amounts paid. Explains work delayed by wet weather.
