This is a series of 47 lessons bound into a binder with an unusual string binding. No overall pagination scheme - probably 300-400pp. Top left front corner badly worn; Right top corner chipped away. Very slight tanning of a few pages. Slightly musty, but clean, tight, unmarked: GOOD condition. Very informative. Great for someone who does not know a lot about construction and would like to learn. Take this quote at random from the book: "Divide the difference between the temperature at which the room is to be kept and that of the coldest outside temperature by the difference between the temperature of the steam pipes and that at which you wish to keep the room and the quotient will be the square feet or fraction thereof of plate or pipe surface to each square foot of glass or it's equivalent wall surface."
