The article mentions that Mr. Livermore, a Captain in WWI, had "charged that the lives of American soldiers in France had been wasted in unnecessary attacks on the morning of Nov. 11, 1918, before the Armistice took effect at 11 a.m." This copy is in excellent condition except for offsetting on the front end papers caused by the newspaper enclosed there.
